OPERATING PARAMETERS & SALIENT FEATURES

1.   The drying system is based on processing capacity of  350kg/hr

2.   The system offered is capable of delivering an hourly output of 350 Kg/hr. subject to the following parameters being met:

Ø  Feed to the dryer is uniform and continuous

Ø  Temperature of hot air at dryer is 100°C on a consistent basis.

Ø  Feed moisture content is 55% and the moisture content in dried material is 2.5%

Ø  Adequate quantity of hot air at the required temperature is available to the dryer on a continuous basis irrespective of the type of fuel used.

3.   The drying system has been designed so as to ensure gradual moisture removal rate thereby ensuring high quality of the end product. The gradual moisture removal rate also ensures that there are negligible Yellow traces / discoloration of the end product.

4.   Adjustable residence time ensure consistent quality irrespective of variation in the feed moisture percentage, if any.

5.   Since the feed material is pre-dried prior to fluidization, ball / lump formation does not take place. This therefore ensures consistently superior quality of DC.

6.   Entire internals of the Dryer wherever product  is contact is made of SS. This also ensures the hygiene of the end product.

7.   The dryer ensures a high recovery percentage i.e. ratio of kgs. of DC produced per thousand nuts, as there is no loss of mass like oil oozing etc. which is the most common problem during the process of drying due to high inlet temperature in Fluid bed dryers.

8.   Hot air is passed through the product 3 times, which ensures maximum heat utilization from the hot air. These results in higher drying efficiency compared to other dryers.

Ø In-Built Feeder: Ensures uniform feeding and uniform spreading across trays. Uniform spreading ensures uniform drying of material

Ø Fuel Consumption: Less fuel consumption. Drying efficiency is higher due to multi-pass of hot air

Ø Automatic Control System: To Ensure online variation of process parameters (Optional).
